As the January 30, 2026, payment deadline quickly approaches, we want to share an important collections update.
Current account status:
- Accounts paid in full: 1,146 (75.35%)
- Accounts not paid in full: 349 (22.95%)
- Accounts on HOA payment plans: 18 (1.18%)
- Accounts with HOA attorney: 8 (0.52%)
If you are among the 1,146 homeowners who have already paid in full, thank you. No further action is needed.
For the 349 homeowners whose accounts are not yet paid in full, payment in full is required no later than Friday, January 30, 2026, to avoid collections. Please note the following:
- Collection activity will begin in February for any account that remains delinquent after January 30.
- If you cannot pay the full balance now, you should make a partial payment immediately and submit a payment plan request for the remaining balance (form attached).
- Late interest of 1.5% will be applied monthly to the delinquent assessment balance.
- All collection costs will be charged to the delinquent account and will not be waived.
- The 2026 lien fee is $630 and will be added if a lien is filed. This fee can be completely avoided by paying in full or entering an approved payment plan by January 30.
- If you are on an approved HOA payment plan, it is your responsibility to make each monthly payment on time. If a default occurs, your account will be subject to collections.
