2026 Chandler Creek HOA Pool Season Reminders
As Memorial Day weekend and the summer pool season approach, the Chandler Creek HOA Board of Directors would like to remind all residents of the rules and expectations governing use of the amenity center. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all residents and guests and will be enforced throughout the season. You may also refer to the attached PDF which contains this same information.
· Pool Hours - The pool closes daily at 9:00 PM. All residents and guests must exit the pool and amenity center no later than 9:00 PM.
· After-Hours Access - Accessing the pool or amenity center after hours, by any means, is strictly prohibited. Individuals found on the premises after closing may have their amenity privileges revoked and may also be subject to criminal trespass enforcement. Please be aware that both the surveillance system and electronic access control system are actively monitored.
· Security Officers Onsite - Security officers will be onsite 7 days a week beginning Friday, May 22. Security personnel are authorized to enforce all pool rules, and their directions must be always followed. Any concerns regarding Security actions or directives should be addressed with the Board or PS Property Management after the situation has been resolved onsite.
· No Lifeguard On Duty - There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
· Children Must Be Supervised - Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct, safety, and actions of their children and guests while using the amenity center.
· Residents Are Responsible for Their Guests - Residents are always fully responsible for the conduct of their guests. Violations of HOA rules by guests may result in suspension of the resident’s amenity privileges.
· Guest Limits - Each household is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. Chandler Creek residents may not enter as guests of another Chandler Creek resident. All residents must use their own registered access device for entry.
· Access Devices - If your access device is not functioning properly, the issue must be resolved before access will be permitted. Security personnel and PS Property Management are not authorized to grant exceptions. For assistance with access devices, contact PS Property Management at 512-251-6122.
· Alcohol, Smoking, and Vaping Prohibited - Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all HOA property, as well as throughout the adjacent park property owned by the MUD. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited within the amenity center and pool areas.
· No Glass Containers - Glass bottles and glass containers are prohibited within the pool area due to safety concerns.
· Proper Swim Attire Required - Appropriate swim attire is always required while using the pool. Swimwear must be specifically designed for aquatic use and made of suitable materials such as nylon, polyester, or Lycra. Street clothing, including cotton garments and denim, is prohibited in the pool. Individuals who are not in proper swim attire may be directed to leave the pool area.
· Prohibited Items Inside Pool Area - Footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted inside the fenced pool area. These items must remain outside the facility and may not be stored in the courtyard.
Questions or concerns may be directed to the Board or PS Property Management.
