Access Device: Pool card or fob required. $20 replacement fee. Devices are non-refundable and NOT waterproof.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a Chandler Creek resident 18 years of age or older. Strictly enforced.
Guests: Up to 4 pool guests per household. Must be accompanied by resident who remains at pool.
Pool Monitors represent the HOA Board and have authority to make discretionary rulings and eject non-compliant residents/guests.
Must show pool access device and valid Texas ID if requested by Pool Monitor.

Kiddy Pool: Limited to children 5 and younger. Each child must have adult supervisor.
No pets, bicycles, skateboards, scooters within pool fences. No throwing objects.
No food or drinks in pool. Food/drinks in designated areas only, at least 6 feet from pool. No alcohol or glass. Coolers subject to search.
No flotation devices except arm floaties or toddler life preservers.
Proper swim attire required. No cut-offs, thongs, or street clothes. Swim diapers required for non-toilet-trained children. If fecal accident occurs, resident liable for all costs.
No littering. All trash in garbage containers.
No offensive language.
Violations reported to HOA Board, management, and/or Williamson County Sheriff. Action at Board discretion.
